Refunds

Upon booking a band for a specific date/time, a 33% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required to reserve your date, with the option to pay in full.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days for bands booked and paid in full with the exception of the non-refundable deposit.

If your band was paid in full and 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund however we can offer you the option to credit the amount paid towards another booking at a future date/time.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
